Common questions
Do I need Telegram set up?
No. Set TELEGRAM_ID="" during install and all alerts go to the log file instead. Everything else works the same.
What OC versions do these work with?
Built and tested on OC v2026.3.7+. The watchdog works with any version using a LaunchAgent-based gateway. The upgrade skill supports Homebrew and npm installs.
What does “12 months of updates” mean?
When OpenClaw changes something that affects these skills, I update them and send the new version to everyone who bought direct. One purchase, updates for a year.
macOS, Linux or VPS?
Gateway Watchdog works on both! macOS uses LaunchAgents, Linux/VPS uses systemd user services. Tested on macOS Sonoma, Debian 13 (Pi 5) and Hetzner VPS. OC Upgrade also works on all platforms.
